Susan’s approach is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfullness, Family Systems Therapy, Play Therapy and Trauma-Informed Practice, among other therapies.
Susan has experience treating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-harming behaviour, drug and alcohol abuse, anger, and trauma. Susan also helps clients develop social skills and manage difficult transitions.
Susan takes an empathetic and caring approach when working with young people. She is aware of their unique needs and experiences and enjoys working with them one-on-one. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, baking and travelling the world.
